Villa Aqua

Villa Aqua is a single-storey house with a flat roof and wide glazing in the village of İslamlar above Kalkan. The plot is enclosed by a timber fence and laid out with lawn and olive trees; the western side is open, and in the evening the sun goes down behind the hills.

What sets the villa apart is how much wet-room equipment it carries for a capacity of two: an outdoor pool, a separate indoor pool, and — side by side within the bedroom — a jacuzzi and a timber sauna cabin. That combination is unusual in a one-bedroom villa.

Location and Views

The villa looks out over pine-covered slopes and the valley in İslamlar village. Kalkan town centre and the bus terminal are 10 km away and the beach 10 km. The nearest supermarket and restaurant are 2 km away and the health centre 10 km. Dalaman Airport is 140 km and Antalya Airport 201 km away. A car is essential given the location.

Bedroom

The villa has one bedroom and one bathroom; the room is air-conditioned.

Bedroom — Wide double bed, a red feature wall and a dropped ceiling with concealed LED lighting. A timber-lined sauna cabin stands at one end of the room with a jacuzzi bath beside it. Sliding glass doors open directly onto the pool terrace.

Pools, Garden and Cabana

The outdoor pool measures 8 x 4 metres and is 1.60 metres deep, its view side edged with a glass balustrade. Wooden sun loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower stand at the poolside, and the pool is lit from within in the evening.

Inside the villa there is also an indoor pool of 5 x 2.5 metres, 1.40 metres deep; glazed on three sides, the room looks out over the green slopes and the pool can be used whatever the weather.

The garden is laid to lawn and planted with olive and fruit trees, enclosed by a tall timber fence. It holds a wooden dining table for six, a wicker hanging chair and a white-cushioned banquette lounge under a timber cabana.

Kitchen and Lounge

The lounge is open-plan, defined by grey L-shaped sofas, fuchsia armchairs, marble floors and a dropped ceiling with concealed LED lighting. A wall-mounted television and a decorative world-map panel complete the seating area. The white island kitchen has bar stools, a fridge, built-in oven and hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and electric kettle.

• The villa sleeps 2; additional guests cannot be accommodated.

• The villa is in İslamlar village, 10 km from the beach; a car is essential.

• The sauna needs to be heated in advance; please ask about the arrangements on arrival.

• The villa has a single bedroom and is arranged for couples; it is not suitable for larger groups.

• A damage deposit of 5,000 TL is collected on arrival and refunded after checks on departure.

• For stays shorter than 5 nights a cleaning fee of 2,500 TL applies.
