Villa Blue Star

Villa Blue Star sits on high ground in the Kördere area of Kalkan, a modern villa with clean lines. With three bedrooms and four bathrooms it sleeps six, and it works as well for couples as for families with children.

Days begin in the living room, which opens straight onto the pool edge and has a seating group, satellite TV and internet. The American-style kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, an oven, a washing machine and a four-burner hob. A dining table for six shares the same space, and all three bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Location & Views

Kördere is a quiet hillside district, and the villa's elevated position opens the view to the sea, the islands and towards Kaputaş. The town centre is 4 km away, roughly ten minutes by car. For everyday shopping a market is just 300 m from the door, while restaurants are 3 km away and the beach 5 km.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 — Furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a dressing table; this suite room also has a jacuzzi.

Bedroom 2 Two single beds make this suite a good choice for children or friends, and it comes with its own bathroom and a mini fridge.

Bedroom 3 A double bed completed by a wardrobe, a dressing table and a bedside cabinet; the bathroom and washbasin are shared.

Pool & Garden

The open pool measures 9 × 4 m, is 1.50 m deep and heated, and a heated indoor pool means swimming does not depend on the season. The pool terrace is laid out so that it cannot be seen from outside. During the day, parasols, sun loungers and a pergola offer shade. In the evening, the barbecue, seating area and dining table make it easy to eat outdoors.

Things to Keep in Mind

• The last stretch of the access road has an uphill section of about 15 metres; the area is built on a hillside, so slopes like this are normal.

• Pool heating is charged extra; if you want it, please let us know at least 3 days before arrival so the water has time to warm up.

• Privacy has been considered on the pool terrace, but a 100% guarantee that it cannot be seen is not possible.

• The surroundings are green, so regular pest control is carried out, but the absence of insects cannot be guaranteed.
