Bedroom

Bedroom 1 — Right beside the double bed, a jacuzzi sits within the room itself. Fitted with air conditioning, a wardrobe and a dressing table, the room opens onto its own bathroom; as this is the villa's only bathroom, the space feels like a self-contained suite.

Pool & Garden

Step out onto the pool terrace and the open-air pool becomes the heart of the garden: it measures 8 × 3.5 m, is 1.50 m deep and is not heated. The pool area is sheltered and set apart from its surroundings. On the sun terrace, two sun loungers and a parasol are waiting, while a table and seating area invite you to linger in the shade. For long evenings outdoors, a barbecue is ready to use.

Things to Keep in Mind

• Kalkan and its surrounding villages are built on hillsides, so the road to the villa climbs uphill.

• Hiring a car or arranging a transfer is recommended for shopping and outings; parking is available at the villa.

• Although the pool area is sheltered, complete privacy cannot be guaranteed; a small margin of visibility always remains.

• As the villa is set in nature, insects may occasionally appear despite regular pest control.

• The villa is cleaned once a week; extra cleaning and a change of linen are available for a fee.
