Pool and Garden

The private outdoor swimming pool sits in a well-sheltered garden, largely screened from surrounding views. Sun loungers, a parasol, an outdoor dining table and a barbecue area surround it. The villa also has a covered indoor pool that can be heated for an extra charge — a practical option for out-of-season stays. The upper terrace holds a swing, lounge chairs and a shaded seating area. A pergola draped in vine leaves shelters a table tennis table.

Things to Be Aware Of

• Heating the indoor pool is charged separately on a per-day basis; requests must be made at least three days before arrival to allow the water to reach temperature.

• For hygiene reasons the indoor pool is kept at approximately 27°C as standard.

• The pool surroundings are screened but not fully enclosed; a small margin of visibility remains and 100% privacy cannot be guaranteed.

• Kördere sits on hillside terrain; the approach roads to the villa involve an uphill drive.

• The villa is set in nature; despite regular pest control, complete protection from insects cannot be guaranteed.
