• Kalkan and the surrounding settlements are built on a hillside, so access to the villa is uphill; as public transport in the area is limited, a hire car or private transfer is recommended.

• The second bedroom is on the upper floor and the rooms are reached by an internal staircase; guests with limited mobility should keep this in mind.

• The upper-floor room has a ceiling that follows the slope of the roof; the ceiling height drops towards the edges.

• Although the pool surroundings are sheltered by screens, they are not fully secluded; 100% privacy cannot be guaranteed.
