Villa La Mer Deluxe is a modern villa on the hillside of Kördere in Kalkan, with two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for up to 4 guests. What sets it apart is its indoor pool, usable in every season; a hammam, sauna and jacuzzi complete the same unhurried rhythm.
Evenings gather in the living room, where a sofa set and LCD television sit just steps from the poolside. The open-plan American-style kitchen covers everyday needs with a dishwasher, oven and microwave, while a dining table for two keeps breakfasts simple. A small gym, backgammon and Jenga fill the slower hours of the holiday.
Kördere is a quiet, elevated hillside known for its cool evenings. That height gives the villa an outlook towards the sea. Daily errands are close at hand: the nearest restaurant is 120 m away and the supermarket 250 m. Kalkan town centre lies 3 km away, and the beach is 4 km from the villa.
Bedroom 1 — A double bed, dressing table and wardrobe, with its own en-suite bathroom and WC.
Bedroom 2 — Two single beds make this room a good fit for children or friends who prefer to sleep separately; it also has its own bathroom, a bedside table and a dressing table.
The indoor pool measures 7.5 × 2.5 m and is 1.30 m deep; as it is heated, it stays inviting in the cooler months too. The pool area is screened from outside view, so swimming time feels relaxed and entirely your own. Outdoors, seating corners offer a place to start the day with coffee or sit out in the cool of the evening.
From 1 November to 30 April, home and pool heating are included in the price; in summer, pool heating is available on request for an extra 1,000 TL per day and must remain on for the whole stay.
As the pool is indoors, the villa has no separate open-air pool terrace for sunbathing.
The area is built on a hillside, so the road up to the villa is uphill.
The villa is set among greenery; despite regular pest control, insects may occasionally appear.
