Villa La Kaya is a stylish, modern and luxurious holiday villa in the Kördere area of Kalkan, close to the centre and celebrated for its views.
With 3 bedrooms and a capacity of 6 guests, it offers an ideal escape for families and groups of friends; comfort takes centre stage with a jacuzzi in the master suite and a second jacuzzi on the terrace level.
Located in the Kördere area of Kalkan, the villa is about 2.5 km from the town centre and 4 km from the beach. Restaurants and shops are a 500 m walk away, while the spacious terrace offers a unique view of Kalkan and its sunsets.
Bedroom 1 (Master Suite) — 1 double bed, jacuzzi, air conditioning, vanity table, wardrobe, nightstand and private bathroom/WC.

The modern, fully equipped American-style kitchen features a refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, a 4-burner hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dining table and a complete set of cooking and dining equipment.
The spacious, airy living floor offers a seating group, a billiard table, LCD TV, satellite receiver, air conditioning and a dining table. There is direct access from the living room to the pool terrace.
The private swimming pool can, on request, be enclosed and converted into a heated pool, ensuring comfortable use throughout the year. The garden has a seating group, barbecue, garden table and sun loungers; pool and garden maintenance is carried out daily by staff.
Heating: Enclosed/heated pool heating is subject to an extra fee of 1,500 TL per day (may vary by season) and is charged for each day of the stay. To allow the water to reach a sufficient temperature, the heating request must be submitted at least 3 days before check-in.
Cleaning & Maintenance: The villa is handed over spotlessly clean; cleaning is provided once a week during your stay. Extra cleaning, linen and towel changes are available on request for a fee.
Check-in / Check-out: Check-in is at 16:00 and check-out at 10:00. As the necessary hygiene cleaning is carried out in between, we are unable to accommodate early check-in requests.
Deposit & Payment: A deposit is taken before the stay and refunded at check-out provided there is no damage or loss. Payments are accepted to our corporate bank account via EFT/wire/Swift or online credit card.
Kalkan and its surroundings are built on a hillside, so access to the villas is uphill.
Although the pool area is sheltered, 100% privacy cannot be guaranteed; there is always a 5% margin.
As our villas are set in nature, regular pest control is carried out, but encounters with insects are still possible.
