Villa Suvari Duo is a small two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa in İslamlar, a quiet hillside village above Kalkan. Sleeping five, the house is designed less for crowds and more for unhurried days together — honeymooners and families with a young child settle easily into its pace.

Inside, the living room and open American-style kitchen share one space, and the lounge opens straight onto the pool terrace. Location & Views

İslamlar spreads across the slopes behind Kalkan and has kept its village character, with nature views dominating the villa's surroundings. For daily shopping, the nearest market is only 450 metres away and the closest restaurant about 1 km. The town centre lies 5.2 km away and the beach 6.7 km, so a short drive is all it takes to reach the sea or the shops. Dalaman Airport is 117 km from the villa.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 — Set aside for a couple, this room has a double bed, its own bathroom and a balcony, making it the most private corner of the house; a dressing table and wardrobe keep things organised.

Bedroom 2 — Furnished with one double and one single bed, the second room was arranged with families travelling with a child in mind. It too has an en-suite bathroom and a balcony, and air conditioning is standard in both rooms.

Pool & Garden

The indoor, heated pool measures 4.5 × 3.5 m with a depth of 1 m; its shallow design suits cooling off and relaxing in the water rather than swimming laps. The pool terrace is enclosed so that it cannot be seen from outside. The wooden deck holds sun loungers and a parasol, while the garden adds a swing, outdoor seating and a barbecue — everything you need to set up dinner outdoors.

Things to Keep in Mind

• Pool heating is charged separately at 1,500 TL per day (subject to seasonal change) and must be requested at least 3 days before arrival so the water has time to warm up.

• Kalkan and its surrounding villages are built on hillsides, so the road to the villa climbs uphill; hiring a car for your stay makes life easier.

• Although the pool terrace is sheltered, complete invisibility cannot be guaranteed; a small margin always remains.

• As the house is surrounded by nature, insects may occasionally appear despite regular pest control.
