Villa Yaz 4

Villa Yaz 4 is a honeymoon villa in the Ulugöl area of Kalkan, laid out for just two guests with one bedroom and one bathroom. With its quiet surroundings and a layout measured for two, it feels like a small world of its own, built for days spent well away from the crowds.

Inside, a simply furnished living room shares its space with an open-plan kitchen. A fridge, hob, dishwasher and tea and coffee equipment mean meals for two can be prepared without leaving the house. Air conditioning, internet and satellite TV cover everyday needs, while the feature guests tend to notice first is the jacuzzi.

Location & Views

Ulugöl is a calm, green corner of Kalkan, set back from the busier built-up parts of town. Although the setting is close to nature, everyday shopping is close at hand, with a supermarket around 350 metres away. The beach lies 2.5 km away and the town centre 3.2 km, so both are a short drive. Dalaman Airport is approximately 124 km away.

Bedroom

Bedroom 1 — Furnished with a double bed, the room keeps the villa's only bathroom to itself as an en-suite with a shower cabin, so there is no need to cross the living area at night or in the morning.

Pool & Garden

Outside there is an open-air pool measuring 5 × 4 m with a depth of 1.50 m; it is unheated and best suited to the summer months. The pool area is screened from outside view, and sun loungers, a seating area and a barbecue make it easy to spend most of the day outdoors. What frees the villa from the seasons is the indoor heated pool, 4 × 3 m and 1.20 m deep, which allows a swim even in the cooler months.

Things to Keep in Mind

• Heating the indoor pool is charged extra (1,500 TL per day, subject to seasonal change); so that the water can warm up properly, the request must reach the contact person at least 3 days before arrival.

• The villa occupies the lower floor of a building with a separate villa above it; there is no connection between the two units, and each has its own private entrance.

• Walking to the beach or the centre is not practical, so hiring a car for the stay is recommended.

• Glass and porcelain must not be taken into the pool area.

Villa Yaz 4 is a hideaway for couples who want to step away from noise and give their time only to each other, in summer as well as in winter. To check availability and make a reservation, please get in touch with Villa Direkt.
