Private villa overlooking Kalkan Bay, Master suite with jacuzzi, Indoor entertainment area and two pools, Tranquil setting in Kördere
Villa Zek Kalkan is a holiday villa in the Kördere area of Kalkan, distinguished by its sea views and tranquil setting. From the south-facing terrace, the blue arc of Kalkan Bay stretches out uninterrupted throughout the day.
The interiors follow a clean, modern aesthetic; an open-plan living and dining area combined with large windows that draw in natural light creates a cohesive and inviting space.
Kördere sits close to Kalkan town centre yet steps away from the bustle, perched quietly on the hillside. The villa's south-facing position allows guests to follow the shifting light on the sea from morning to evening. It is a well-balanced location — near enough to town, far enough from the noise.
Bedroom 1 (1st Floor) — Master King-size bed, en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi, bright and spacious room with sea views.
Bedroom 2 (1st Floor) Double bed, en-suite bathroom, balcony with views over the bay.
Bedroom 3 (Ground Floor) Double bed, en-suite bathroom, conveniently located close to the garden and pool terrace.
Bedroom 4 (Basement) Two single beds, en-suite bathroom; direct access to the entertainment and leisure area.
The pool terrace, with its open-air swimming pool overlooking Kalkan Bay, becomes the heart of outdoor life at the villa. The indoor pool is integrated with the entertainment area — table tennis, foosball and a bar corner complete a space that stays in use whatever the weather. The terraced garden follows the hillside in layers, offering shaded corners at different levels.
The final stretch of the approach road is steep; a high-clearance or SUV vehicle is recommended.
Public transport in the area is limited; car hire or a private transfer is advised.
The indoor pool heating system is included in the rental fee during certain date ranges and available at an extra charge at other times; please enquire before booking.
Heating requests must be made at least 3 days in advance.
Bedroom 4 is located in the basement; it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Villa Zek Kalkan is a fitting choice for families and groups looking for sea views, an indoor entertainment area and a jacuzzi master suite in Kalkan's Kördere area. Contact Villa Direkt to check availability and make a reservation.

Üniversiteden arkadaşlarla 5 kişi yazın 4 gece konakladık. Havuzun büyüklüğü ve bahçe bize yetti de arttı bile. Markete yürüyerek gittik. Villa tertipli, temizdi. Check-in çok rahat oldu. Sezonunda fiyat biraz yüksek gibi ama verdiği keyfe değiyor.
